Privately Owned RV Lots on Beautiful Lake Tansi
Holiday Out RV Park is a unique, privately owned RV community located on beautiful Lake Tansi in Crossville, Tennessee. Our owners enjoy their own lots with park models, camper trailers, fifth wheels, motor coaches, and other recreational vehicles.
The Park offers a variety of amenities for owners and their families, including our private beach on Lake Tansi, a children’s playground, Putt-Putt Golf, and a large Pavilion that serves as the center of many Park activities. Throughout the season, owners enjoy potluck dinners, children’s activities, parties, karaoke, holiday celebrations, and other community events. Non-denominational church services are also held on Sunday mornings during the peak season.
Holiday Out also offers boating access to Lake Tansi. A limited number of individual boat docks are available, along with a common boat dock for use on a first-come, first-served basis. A marina located adjacent to the Park offers additional services that may include covered boat slips, boat storage, and pontoon boat rentals.
Each owner is responsible for their own electricity, water, and other desired and available utility services. Cable, satellite television, and internet services are available through local providers.
Lot owners pay a monthly condo fee that supports the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the Park and its common facilities and infrastructure. This includes amenities such as the beach and recreational facilities, sewer service, seasonal curbside leaf pickup, and other Association-provided services.
Holiday Out property owners in good standing also enjoy certain privileges and access to amenities within the surrounding Lake Tansi community, including eligible golf course benefits.
